- @ present I have only 1 tank ( a 30 gallon ) in my bedroom. Unfortunately, my wife doesn't share my interest. I'm hoping to convince her to put a show tank in our livingroom. I've had this interest for many years. I've had many different kinds of freshwater fish over the years & even a marine tank. Now I have come full circle. I am opening a goldfish tank. I know I'll be limited to 2 fantails. My aim has always been to make my tanks look as natural as possible. This time I broke the mold. Colour, fantasy & fun.
