Ok, I have had a school of Molly fry for about a month now maybe longer. They have all grown to about 1"+ except for 1. He/she is still only 1/4" long litteraly no growth. We see it eat a little but mostly spits its food back out. Now I didn't post this in sick fish cause he is still alive...

Ok, thanks and yes she is just fine.

I have a female Sword that seems to be getting more and more black dots along it's side and top to it's nose. It kinda looks like algea but I am not really sure. Sorry no pics, I'll try again if need be. There is NO algea in the tank and no other fish have any symptoms. Any ideas?

I did note that and I have been. Is too much shaking ok. And I have repeated the test but if I let it sit a couple minutes (@5) longer before I check it will that skew the results also?
