I had to really zoom in - seems like they grow in dark crevices. Are they ok? Anything that eats them? Some tubes and some with hairy ends like tiny trees.

I’ve experimented with different foods. I put shrimp in and it leaves the shells...just eats around it. I put a clam in and it doesn’t touch it, should I open it a bit? Got freeze dried krill too, seen a YouTube video that it likes them. About to try that

What kind of wrasse is this?

Thanks, water is fine. Update: The wrasse just comes out to eat scraps when fish are feeding and just hides in the rocks still at all times of the day. It’s been 3 weeks now. Still appears to be healthy.

I’ve seen these white lines in my tank for years and finally ID’ed a culprit. Are these snail eggs??? I’ve actually seen a couple baby snails born and grow in my tank in the last couple months. First time in the 10 years I’ve witnessed baby snails, but these lines have been seen for a while.

I did more reading and see that if they are from different GENUS they can be ok. Example Queen angel would be ok with Emperor. But Emperor never with Majestic (both Pomacanthus)
