- I'm currently starting up after 10~years away when I cut my teeth with terrapins/sliders. Usual story of tiny plastic island thing > 5g plastic tank > 15g tank > 33g tank > 120g monster tank ! This is when I got the Fluval 403
Helping my son set up a 15gallon tank for White Cloud Mountain Minnows using the Fluval 403 for good current.
**First Time Fishless Cycling Success after 3 1/2 weeks!**
Plan changed :) We now have 12 Glowlight Tetras, instead of the minnows...slight mix-up.
Update: got out of the hobby after 2+ years with the glowlights, with the arrival of more kids :D

Enjoying seeing the pleasure my young family derive from fish keeping. So far they are keeping wild caught sticklebacks, in a natural style aquarium.
