All my tanks have quickrete sand as a substrate from my local lowes. My five gallon has a 5-15 aqua clear filter and has one black fin tetra in it. Had to separate it from my dwarf gourami who wouldn't let him eat. my twenty gallon has a violet dragon goby a syodontis catfish and a neon dwarf gourami. I have a 10-20 aqua clear filter in that I plan on upgrading soon. I am aware my goby needs a bigger tank but I have to wait a while. he has enough room to grow for now. They are both freshwater. Again I am aware the goby does best in brackish. Once I get the bigger tank I will ween him to brackish water. Til then he is doing very well. Happily swimming and eating well. both my tanks are fake plants but I hope to get some real plants for the freshwater ones. I'm not sure about the goby tank we will see when I get it.
