Nowhere to put the damsel - it seems like everything is settling down now so I think he'll be fine. I'm also getting ready to upgrade quite sizably soon.

Hey guys, my best friend noticed this little guy on the side of my tank today. Is it a baby starfish? I got some snails today and thought it might've come off of one of their shells.

Nope. Unfortunately he didn't survive it. :(

Update : flame angel didn't make it :/ Looked like a cataract.

I found him - poor little feller got stuck in the filter tube. I just hadn't shaken it hard enough to get him out I guess.

So I wake up this morning to see that my coral banded shrimp is no where to be found. No traces of him at all. I searched the entire tank and nothing. He didn't jump out, and he wasn't in the filter. Any idea what might've happened?

I have a 5 month old 10 gallon FOWLR which seems to be doing okay for the moment until I can upgrade.

Okay so I just did a water change and tested my levels, and the ammonia levels are better, but the nitrite and nitrate levels are worse than they were before. Nitrite measured 1.0 ppm and nitrate measured 10 ppm. I have a filter purifier and I did the water change, exactly what I'd been told to...
