These algae like stuff moves around the speed of a small snail. They're all over the live rocks and aquarium glass. Can someone help me with this? Are they reef safe, and how can they be removed? Thanks

my water temp fluctuates too much, it can be at 79 at night, but once my MH lights (added recently) goes on, it can reach upto 84-86. Which is deadly for fish and corals. they all seem to be fine but i fear that they are sometimes under stress due to these flucuating temperatures.

ya, my yellow and sailfin tang didn't nip on it, it's just my blue tang. :confused:
