Red Cap Fin Rot in main tank

Thanks!! However they, for most of time they remain at bottom only. Come up only when I feed them. :) These are my first fish. But I wanted more colorful and bigger ones in my tank.

Red Cap Fin Rot in main tank

Oh, my bad. Thanks. Water: I change 20-30% water change every two weeks with Gravel vacuum. Water is all clear. Overcrowded? All the fishes are very small. How to calculate that tank is crowded?

    Is my filter too strong

Interesting, nope the outlet doesn't have any direction plate as such. But I was in an impression that the this outlet is intend cycle the water towards the filter inlet. If I (somehow) direct the nozzle towards the surface, hope it wont affect the filtering?

    Is my filter too strong

Thanks, The filter body exerts the millions of micro air bubbles. If you notice closely you'll see that in the pic. Moreover, I forget to add in my post, my tank do have an air pump, and a bubble strip, which i run occasionally.

    Puzzled !!

It's a 30 gn tank. Except for one real bad day, I lost my 4 mollies one after other, I mostly find a dead fish in the morning every one or two weeks. I don't have any secondary tank, just a small fish bowl, that I use to separate a fish if I see it's not behaving normally.
