Never ship more than one item in a bag. Always check the forecast for all areas that the container will pass through. Always ship next day air. Make to label the box "live Animals" or "live fish"

Nice tank. I would never place a tank directly in front of a window. This will cause over heating on over cooling. It will cause you issues with Algae growth. You will need about 1.5 lbs of live rock per gallon of water. Also only keep 1 to 2 small fish in the tank until a full cycle has...

You mentioned uneaten food. Never over feed. Left over food will always cause you porblems. The slime algae could be controlled with a product called "red slime algae remover". But please make sure that is what you have before you use it.

I would suggest more snails and a few reef safe crabs. Water circulation will also help.

Like most others have suggested it is best not to have the glass lids on. Especially on a salt water tank.
