- In my home I have a 120 gallon reef aquarium. I have mainly Lps corals 8 different clams 3 rose anemones and a lot of pulsing xenia.The fish population is small but had all my fish for a long time. 1 pair of maroon clown, flame hawk,sailfin tang,marine betta, 5 cardinals,vlamingi tang and 1 bellus angel.The lighting is 2 250watt 20K ushio bulb on a 12 hour cycle.The filtration is pre filter sock than a 200 gallon capacity Euro-Reef skimmer. For water return I use a mag-drive 18 pump.I think is the best value for the price.For the corals I change them on the regular basis since I'm in the aquarium service industry I have unlimited access to just about anything as far as live stock goes. And there is always something nicer out there that we don't have yet.My service company builds fish tanks as well but my tru passion is reef aquariums.But that is just my preference.Everybody has they own needs. That's what makes us all different like clams.You never see the same pattern twice.
