Description: White Aragonite Sand Details White Aragonite Sand helps to stabilize nitrate levels while preventing a large pH decline. According to an average reccomendation determined from 30+ various authors, experts and store owners - "Plan to use 1-2 lbs of substrate per gallon to achieve approximately 1" - 2" substrate bed". To determine your desired substrate volume, multiply aquarium width by length by depth. NOTE: Although Materials are Pre-Rinsed, It would behove one to re-rinse before using to remove any residual dust acquired in transit and/or during product shelving, etc...
