Pros: Very easy to set up and operate. Great water quality. Easy to understand In line TDS meter. Fantastic Customer Service
Cons: NONE

I can't thank you enough for not only my new RO, but for the answers to the countless questions I had for you! In a society where customer service has deteriorated into a mess of phone trees, messages and unreturned phone calls, it is truly refreshing to find a company that treats their customers with such a high level of respect! Thank you!!!
