    Dwarf cichlid has protruding anus?!!?

    I just noticed this yesterday and although the fish doesn't seem in pain or lethargic or anything. But I'm still worried, the back end of her looks almost like it's inside out? Theres no discoloration or redness and she seems to be eating fine and is as active as always. Here are some pictures...
