I would suggest you get the one from hotbuysworld, I beleive his contact is giftbound@verizon.net , I think there redoing there site but there systems kick but and good price. You also can add a 75gpd membrane which I would recommend.

My filter is like 6 months old, i replaced all the media but water flow seems very low, what can be the problem? I know saltwater you can use distilled water to clean up deposits should I try that with this?

Yes the phos reactor 150 is awesome I have 0 phosphates in water, You should though possibly get a RO/DI there not totally necessary for a FOWLR but it would help..

I WOULDNT put anything alive in your tank when you cycle first its cruel, second you may have problems in the long run.. Dead uncooked shrimp or Live rock will cycle your tank.
