Several failed attempts at a 'decent' planted tank. This is the set up as of now, I want to make the jump to co2 as well as the ferts/root tabs I am using. It's a 55g, I've done diy before, too much hassle, I just want a simple, not to expensive set up. Can't seem to find complete 'plug & go'...

Plants only in a week, no co2, just ferts & root tabs medium lighting. Amazon swords x 3 coming Monday. Time will tell, dwarf grass and water lettuce going in later in the month. Might make the move to co2, undecided as of yet 3 clown loach 1 angel 4 guppies 1 golden gourami 4 neons 3 mollies...
