African Dwarf frogs have webbing in between their fingers on their front feet. African Clawed frogs do not, and they will most certainly eat your fish.

I would suspect you may have an African Clawed frog, not a dwarf. Does it have webbing between it's 'toes' on it's front feet?

29g Stocking Mollies would work, try to keep a 1 male to 2 female ratio. Another fish you could add would be Kuhli Loaches, you would want to go with 6+ of these. They're small fish so you could fit them in your tank.

20g Fish You could try: Apistogramma Peacock Gudgeon Kribensis Cicklid The others you mention would all work as well.
