Ok how long does a cycle take in freshwater...It took over a month in saltwater...And can I add a raw shrimp like saltwater to start the cycle.. Also I can use my same ro/di unit I use for my saltwater tank..

My tank is being invaded by Spaghetti Worms. Anyway to get ridd of some of them they are multiplying fast...They are all over my sand rocks and even on powerheads and skimmer. Making my sand and rocks look nasty....

Im thinking of setting up a clown only tank say a 20 gallon with 2 sets of clowns,1 cleaner shrimp ,2-4 snails,1 emerald, one peperment shrimp,and several coral frags from my 55. Is it Safe to have more then one set of clows in a small tank?
