IMO you have too many bottom dwellers in here. Competition will be at its highest and the rope fish being so shy it may have trouble eating. I would ditch cats and corys and go with a Pleco of some sort.

I'm not sure about the angel but the high fin Pleco will need to get rehomed I think. How big is he?
Also if you want any algae eater, keep upside down cat then get 4-5 more.

If I were you I wouldn't put him in the community tank at your work. I would get a new very large tank (55 gallons or more) and put him in there with other cichlids.
Yours sounds like a yellow lab and would do great with other cichlids. Make sure it would be an African cichlid tank if you do...
First of all I would try and bump up your Cory cat schools and glow fish schools to 5+. In the 37 you could get away with a school of fish such as tetras. As for the ten try a peacock gudgeon

Not much for a 10 gallon unfortunately. A lot of the semi agressives need bigger tanks. Is there a chance you can upgrade?

I've never set up one before and I looked into it but it was very expensive ranging into hundreds that I just didn't have that money. These can also be hard to maintain. If you are a beginner in saltwater then get a bigger tank because it's easier to maintain. There are 2 benefits to a larger...
