    Low lighting plants?

Hi all. The LED lights that I have on my 20Gallon say that they can support low lighting plants. Is this just ferns and moss?? Also, before I switch over to live plants, I want to change my substrate. Would sand be better for plants or gravel?? Thank you

    Circulation pumps and smaller tanks?

20 High, no its perfect, I have it in the corner opposite the filter aimed towards the center front, so that it all goes back over to the filter. It helps a lot with water quality, and the fish aren't bothered by it at all. I turn it off during feedings, but it's on all the time otherwise

Thinking of getting a tropical saltwater tank

Another thing worth mentioning is if you have a petco nearby, they do a dollar a gallon sale around Black Friday, any tank from 10 to 55 gallons is 1$ per gallon! I grabbed my 20 high during that sale

    Curious about blue rams

So I have a 20 gallon community tank, will blue rams be okay in there? I was thinking 2 probably. And do they like being alone? Or do they need to be in a pair?

Anyone else have a cat that likes fish food? [emoji23]

I don't have a dedicated fish room, our 20Gallon and 1 gallon are both in the dining room of our place. Our cats seem bored with the fish, they just go after the food now because I think they believe the bags and container have kitty treats

Thinking of getting a tropical saltwater tank

Costs of marine fish greatly vary depending on what you're looking at. Some species of Damsel and Chromis are only a few dollars a piece, where as large angel fish and some tangs are several hundred dollars a piece. I would say take a look online and find fish that are appealing to you, and then...

Water changes: how much is too much?

Hi all, so I just did a water change on my 20G FW tank. I was thinking about doing two changes a week to assist water quality. Do a 5 gallon change, every Tuesday and Friday, but I'm also worried that may be too frequent of water changes. Can anyone offer insight?

    Circulation pumps and smaller tanks?

Hi all, I was considering getting a circulation pump for my aquarium (FW) because my filter is on the left and things settle in the tank on the right side, this way I could push that water to the filter so it gets cleaned a little better, it's a 20g high. Any thoughts?

    Help with cloudy water

In their defenses, the betta is quite peaceful and she has quite a social personality as well as the same for the Krib. They both swim up to the glass when I walk by the tank :)

    Help with cloudy water

So I was an impatient lad and bought the API quick start liquid instead of cycling my tank properly before adding stock. Today was day 4 of it being up and running while stocked and when I got home today, I noticed my water was on the cloudier side, and two of my neon tetras had passed at...
