I have this filter on this tank, it uses the carbon packs, the tank size is 46 gallons and has always had the sand in it. I do water changes only when it gets cloudy and I rinse the carbon pads like every 2 weeks.

The fish store I went to told me to use ...Neutral regulator and it doesn't seem to be helping.

I have had this tank set up for over a year now and always issues with cloudiness.

Currently have a 46 bow tank that is very cloudy :( and have a 75 gallon waiting to be set up.
