    Snails and Shrimp?

Okay, shrimps are out, and snails remain the kid's only hope. So how about snails?

    Snails and Shrimp?

The pH on the cichlid tank might actually be too high for the them, but I was thinking more like a Vampire shrimp (Atya Gabonensis). They're not cheap, and I'd hate to lose one due to poor stocking selection on my part, which is why I'm inquiring.

    Snails and Shrimp?

    Specific Stocking List for 125

Thanks, Scott. The water straight out of my tap has a pH of 8.2. African Cichlids are the fish of choice because of that, but they weren't my first choice. If I were doing a 55 gal, I'd do angels and shoaling groups, but I'm not going to fight pH with 125 gallons. Im not over-stocked to 50...

Good morning! I am new to this site but super excited to talk fish with someone besides the poor guy at my LFS. :) I have a 125 tank just waiting for me to pull the trigger on a stock list. This will be my first cichlid tank, and , I'm suffering from analysis paralysis. So that's why I'm...
