Well first of all, how big is your aquarium. If it's 30 gallons or less, get some ghost minnows and than some African dwarf frogs.

I'm so sorry to break it to you, but that fish might have dropsy. There is no cure,... and its fatal. Please, if anything move it into a separate tank for the rest of its time to prevent dropsy bacteria spreading and infecting othe fish.:(

Idk, it kinda looks like an arowana to me. It's mouth is up pretty high, obviously for swimming near the surface, but come to think of it, arowanas have pretty obvious scales. But otherwise everyone is right, some sort of killifish
