    Bloated Ghost knife Fish

    Hi all looking to get opinions about my 14" 4 year old ghostknife fish. He is totally bloated and looks like something is protruding from just below his jaw??? Any ideas? Disease,parasite,blockage? Stomach area is looking like a round ball when he is normal very slim. 55 gallon lots of tank...
