I'm asking because people frequently feed sheets of seaweed to their Cichlids and the stuff specifically packaged for the fish are very expensive. The organic human grad stuff is much more affordable and want folks opinions. Nothing in the ingredients except roasted seaweed. ?

Thanks. It was hard to put the holy rock into just the right position to make arches and into the sand/gravel so I can't pull it. I'm am happy to sear I can get it to clear after a couple water changes. :)
