After about a month and a half of cycling and a couple weeks of copepods doing whatever they do in the tank. I added my first skunk shrimp to test the waters out and hopefully a fish soon! Just added the gorgonian as well, so hopefully he enjoys the copes. Suggestions are welcome!

Honestly can't compare them, Poly is a chemical/Bio media that removes things like ammonia. Pinky looks like basic aquarium filter floss. If you use them both put the pink first to remove large debris then then Poly fil. Hopes this helps!
