I’ve never seen any rainbows at all at my 2 “kinda local” fish stores. No apistos, convicts, rams, jewels, ....none of the stuff I find on YouTube. I did get some clown plecos, maybe they’re a pair when grown. Would the boesemanis not be to big for a 20L? Anything I do get I plan on getting online

So I’m working on this tank wall rack thingy, and I’m going to have 4 20 longs across the top. I’m having trouble figuring out what to put in them. Prob go with apistos in one for sure. But I’m wondering what could I breed in these small tanks with 1 pair in each tank. And not guppy...have a ton...

Well it's gonna be our bedroom :/. Might need a dehumidifier, not sure yet as the tanks will have glass or plexi tops. I'll figure that out as I go...lol

Hornwort should be fine. I had mine out in high 50s at night and it was fine. Also in a guppy pond...but it just started dropping down to 50 at night so I brought everything back inside

No I think I got it from petco. But it was much smaller. I just don't want to buy another one on accident. Lol

Doesn't matter if it's perfectly level as long as the entire rim sits flush to the stand with it empty. But of course your water fill lines all crooked and it looks bad. That's just what diy king said in video once. But the stand looks good, with the braces everyone's mentioned you should be fine

I had the same problem, ended up with 200 snails but luckily my LFS took them for store credit. The assassins took care of a few small snails but they don't bother the grown ones. As for your oscar tank, maybe a large clown loach, maybe he wouldn't bother it much if it's his size or bigger...

This thing was much smaller when I got it, now it's coming out of the water. I don't really like it but my fish seam to enjoy the shade from the leaves.

Can you hook these pumps to a pvc loop? Or will I need to run air line hose everywhere? I guess it's not a big deal either way, prob be easier to hide the hose

Building a tank rack with 4 20L on top and 2 40B and a 75 on bottom. Prob a total of 10-12 sponge filters. I need a pump that will run all these. I may canister the 75 but just in case. Also I know there's some science in the placement of the pump + depth and all that if anyone's got any ideas...
