    Bubble tip vs maxi mini

Same as a max less aggressive and doesn’t move as much many people confuse max for rock and end up with a really aggressive “rock nem”

    Bubble tip vs maxi mini

I don’t think they would eat a emerald crab The crab is probably stealing food from the nems nothing you can really do to get it not to hang around the nems

    Help pick out next fish

In my opinion yes and they all do eventually there are no reef safe angels in my opinion there are some that eat less or different types of coral My recommendation is to get rid of the clowns replace them and get your goby and whatever else you want if that’s not a option think of adding your...

    New Wrasse

Wrasses in general hide for a week to a week and a half when they’re introduced to a new system if it’s not being picked on then I wouldn’t worry too much when I buy a wrasse I try to find one that’s eating and that looks fat and healthy Yours looks pretty healthy should be fine

    Interesting item in tank

Yes its a majano anemone in my opinion the best way to remove it is to remove the rock its on and cut/chip the rock right under the anemone with a bone cutter I have done the feeding method it sometimes works sometimes it just gets it agitated Out of probably 30 times i tried with a...

    Least aggressive Tang (in general)?

I agree with this smaller tanks add to stress and will eventually kill it What i can say that might be a bit different is a juvenile baby under a inch can do fine in a 3 foot tank but they do grow fast and be prepared to move it to a larger system in 6 months to a year Many people do this and...

    Brown algae

Its a old argument i have seen cyano in extremely low nutrient tanks cyano grows on detritus that doesn’t move, getting that detritus to move would help the problem and using flow is ideal, flow can be tricky though you need enough to move the detritus but not make a sand storm, flow can’t...

    Brown algae

Sounds about right if fish are not swimming properly its too much its normal for them to get pushed around a bit but if its a constant struggle or hiding then its too much Watchman gobies are nice and sift a bit of sand but diamond gobies are constant sifters so i would recommend one of those...

    Brown algae

I don’t think you can have too much flow Unless your fish are in the rockwork 24/7 The issue you might get is sand all over so you need to see the balance between good flow and not destrying your coral and sand Keep in mind blasting certain coral with too much flow would kill some coral...
