make your return go right into the tank opposite the outtake. this is what i do. your chiller will work better like that.

it looks fine, i would move it 3/4 up to top. it likes a med water flow. wave maker is my favorite.

the mag 7 sounds good but it has a 1/2in in and out. just get the right adaptors for the chiller. then run a hose from chiller to your input part of sump ,and your return hose next to the output pump in your sump like salttanker said.

i would put a ball valve on that mag 18 pump, you don't want your tank overflowing. not sure on the drip tray,sounds like a baffle type.you want the water to have a slow point. do you have a refugium or sump under your tank? an overflow box is only needed if you don't have built in overflows...
