    New Apple Snail Help !!

    Hello everyone !!! I recently got a new golden apple snail and for some reason, it only seems to come out about a quarter to half way but not fullu ? Is it shock ? Or does it just need time to get used to it’s tank. I just wanna be sure it’s okay.
