Well. If you look at the tank picture, I have excellent surface ripple, if I turn it down to the next angle, I get no surface ripple. Suggestions then?

My nitrates BETTER be at 0ppm when I check them again tonight. I have a Purigen filter bag in the HOB, and a pretty expensive high quality skimmer. NO3 was at 10ppm BEFORE I added the skimmer and Purigen. High nitrates and my shrimp would have died off. He's doing well, actually just molted...

Installed Monday, cleaned with warm water prior per instructions. Stir am not getting ANY skim in cup. I have cup sitting as far as it can go, and the bubbles don't even reach up the tube 1/2 inch. Suggestions?

Water temp is indeed to high LOL I've tried removing my heater, I suppose next will be to QT and copper treatment. LOL
