AquariaCentral seems to be MIA - I don't think it's just me as I've tried flushing my DNS & all other fishy sites seem to be present...

Check w/ my friend - he's got a 70gal, hood/4HO or VHO fluorescents, stand, chemicals etc. etc. along w/ a 55/stand, 2x30H tanks, some 10g tanks, regular hoods, some HOB filters, a python... more - it's a moving sale, pretty much.

One of the tubes in my 96W PC broke (cracked through) right where the little blob of glue holds the tubes together in the middle. It was only 2 months old and vendors (I have since discovered) tend not to offer warranties on bulbs.
Before you ask, the bulb was on ~8 hours per day, over glass...

2) How far above your tank do you keep your light?
I'm asking because my 96W AH-Supply retro stuffed into a perfecto strip light housing generated enough heat to break the back portion of my 46g Bowfront top when mounted about 1/2-3/4" above it...
I use IE 6.0.2900... and have McAfee enterprise 8.0.0 online virus scan - last 2 days, I've got messages about an iexplorer script being halted because it's a trojan (VBS/Psyme) script.
