I have seen some displays of closed aquarium cupboards. Does anyone know where i can get plans of those cupboards. It looks like the aquarium is a picture on a wall.

Hi guys, my purpose of starting this thread is for us to list what equipment we have bought from ebay, how much and how good the equipment was as well as the service we received. I am in the process of buying T5 lighting and am unsure who to trust in ebay.

Will do guys, as far as coral goes when the tank matures I will think about getting more lighting.

I was wondering if i built my system with reflectors, paint the sides and back of the tank if i could spend less money on lighting. BTW if i only wanted FOWLR how much watts would i need. Would 120 watts do? My pockets are very deep but they have large holes in them too.

I am setting up again my 55 gallaon. I am painting the back and the sides, since light isn't coming out the back and sides will my tank still need lots of light if i want to keep corals? The back and sides will be painted a light blue.

Would T5 HO DIY Retrofit Kit 2 x 48"/54W T-5 Reef Lighting be good enough for a 55 gallon aqaurium with corals? If it is what corals would i be able to have? the size of the aquarium is 48 * 21 H * 14 W.

They are U tube syled overflows I saw on Ebay. I built my own overflow from pvc tested it with a bucket and water. It always restarts but I am a bit skeptical about using it.

I recently noticed Isopods on a sick damsel of mine. Oddly enough they dont go on any other fish. How do i get rid of these things. One is white with black eyes( havent seen him since the crab ate him) the other is really small and brown in color. I was considering using coppersafe.

For now I will try some peppermint shrimp to see if they will remove them for me.

How do I get them out? I only saw them once on my damsel now he is missing I dont know if the queen conch or the hermits got to him when he died. That pic looks nasty. I recently put hermits from the ocean in my tank.

I am definitely getting a qaurantine tank. I should have had one before but I thought the quarantine had to run continously. I am currently carrying out upgrades. I will also be adding a 20 gal sump.
