    Sand Bubbles...a quick question.

    The best way to get rid of Nitrates is through water changes... or let Algae consume it. You can "plant" some in your Fuge or sump. It helps a bit.

    Yes... I take that back, I found a Petco down on Preston road that has a reef geek who works there and they sell some pretty cool corals etc. and their livestock is very well cared for..... unlike the one on Preston and the 121!

    yeah I've seen those, pretty neat. They disrupt the surface currents and prevent the food from being "skimmed" or swept away.

    I use one that you can program feeding times into. It only has one drum though. I only use it if I'm going to be away for a couple of days. If I'm going on an extended vacation, I get a friend to feed the tank.

    You'll find that the black does tend to "absorb" quite a bit of light. I even noticed a big difference when I put a black back on my tank

    HELP!!! Water pump stopped working!

    My Mag7 struggles to "re-start" it'll grunt and shake a bit .... sometimes for as long as 4 minutes before it'll fire back up. But it's never failed totaly :lol: (it's my second one...the first one did the same thing)

    Hmm, I got some from Saltwater Fish.com and pretty much the same thing happened to mine. I went through the "acclamation" process and was really careful, but most of them died. I have 3 left out of 15... but these three seem to be doing really well. As for the rest of the snails/crabs I got...
