What is the difference between an Ocellaris and a Percula clownfish? Which would be better for beginners? They are both the same price and look the same except for the black stripe. But is their behavior different? :D

My aquarium is still cycling and has no fish in it yet. I am getting ready to add my first batch of live rock. The live rock is cured .I read that I can just put it in right away since my tank is still cycling. Is this true? 8)
