I just got a PC 4x65 with (2) 10,000K Premium-Daylight & (2) Ultra-Actinic. With a 55gal tank. Is that enough light for an anemones? Also what about clams or do they need Metal Halide? Thanks all.

I just got a new PC 4x65. Now I had just the plain old hoods with the 15w single bulbs on before. How long should I run the new lights at a time so I don't fry the fish? I am assumeing they probally need to get acclimated to this new lighting? It is quite a difference! WOW does it look good...
