Ok, so probably a dumb question but I wanted to ask anyways. As long as there is no de-ionization chamber in a Kent, Coralife, etc... RO system I can use it for drinking water as well as fish tank water right?

What type of tank will it be? Fish only, reef? For a fish only you will need minimal lighting. A standard florescent strip light will do the trick. You may want to look into different bulb types to help bring out the colors of the fish. If your planning on adding light dependent inhabitants...
