thanks for the feedback... i wasn't sure what the deal was so i had to ask.

i dont have any moonlights in my tank yet, and every morning when i turn my lights on my yellow tang has big brownish spots on its side that go away seconds after the lights come on. from what i understand when fish are stressed they get darker. is it possible my tang is scared of the dark?

i have been feeding omega 1 marine flakes and brine shrimp. my lfs said that was all i needed for my damsels and percula clown i have been researching stuff lately and realize i need to feed more of a variety i have read about supplements also but don't really know anything about them...

its only a 55, which i hear is too small for my tangs. in the past i had oscars and another time i had pirahnas i will load some pics soon

hi everybody i am a saltwater newbie. in the past i have had several freshwater tanks but this is my first saltwater. ( wow what a difference) i have had my tank setup now for about 6 months and it's been doing fine but all i have had in it is some live rock, some damsels ,a percula clown...

i have 55gal fowlr that i have had for about 6 months with just some damsels, crabs and snails i recently added a yellow tang and powder brown tang that i found out should be in a bigger tank than a 55 and i'm not real sure how to feed everything. the tank has: 1 yellow tang 1 powder...
