Is the Marineland Penguin 1140 Power Head to powerful for my 29gal FOWLR? The GPH is 300. Or should i have two Hagen AquaClear Power Heads rated for 175 GPH. Would one be enough?

I have the Seaclone Protein Skimmer does anyone else have one and have any reviews in it? I read on the reviews on the internet but the people that didnt like it were people that had large tanks i only have a 29gal. Will it do what i need it to do i dont mind the extra maintanence.

What type of power head should I use for my 29gal FOWLR tank? Also should i use two 50watt heaters one one each side of the tank or just one 100watt on one side. I have a Marineland penguin 350 BIO-wheel filter any suggestions on how to make it work better for my SW tank?
