I am building a fuge which will house a chamber (post fuge chamber) for a recirculating pump for a protein skimmer, uv, and a phosban reactor... to recirculate back to the supoply chamber in the sump. My return pump back to the tank is 1000 gph. What flow rate should my recirc pump be at?

Yeah - the rock on the left is not in it's final resting place. I am going to pick up a few more rocks to situate it. I keep all of my rocks off of the sides enough to get a scraper by them to keep the glass clean.

My clowns have hosted with a rock covered with yellow zoas. I came downstairs one morning and saw them laying on the rock - thought they were dead....but they were just sleeping. They have been doing this for 9 months now.

You never get the rock where you want it. I have found you just get enough coral to cover the rock up. Then you will not see it so much and want to move it. lol I moved/changed/added rock for months until I got it somewhat situated.
