I had a trigger fish that was ok with my clown for over 1 year, then recently he attacked the clown, wounding it. I have since returned the trigger back to LFS. But the clown is badly hurt. His right eye is all bulging out and I think he cant see, because the food goes right by him and he swims...

I just noticed today that there are very little white spermy things swimming around in my tank. What are they and should I be worried? By spermy things, I mean they actually look like sperm, with a head and tail.

The butterfly died :( I did a 30% water change Nitrate was 70ppm. Ammo and Nitrite were, 0 pH was 8.2, and SG was at 1.024

My test kit is out i will go buy a new one today. Tank has been up 3 months. The butterfly back fin is a little torn up, but they dont show any aggression when I see them either from far or near. Other fish are fine.

Maybe the tank is too small or fish too aggressive......Is there anything I can do do shock back into life? add chemicals, salt, anything??!?!

Last test was exactly 1 month ago. pH 8.3 ammo 0 nitrite 1 nitrate 1 There is 40 pounds of LR and 50 pounds of sand. last pwc was 2 weeks ago, i will do one today also.

I walked in this morning and my cleaner shrimps skin is off!! Is this normal? the guy at my LFS didnt mention anything about this. It looks like the shrimp is ok but he shed like a snake sheds its skin. Any input?

My LFS wont take the fish back. Is there anything I can do to speed up the cycle? Buy more LR?
