Is there a timer to dump fresh water into the sump when i go on vacation?

it was up and running for a long time, I bought it from a friend and had to change all the water 55g. I used his sand which I'm sure helped to cycle the tank. It had since been up and running for 60 days.

Ammonia -0 PH - 8.3 Nitrite - 0.1 Nitrate 5 or less phosphate -0 Calcium - 400ppm

Water is good. I checked everything today..

I have some Palythoa and they are closing up and forming a white web over the top? Anyone have any idea of what and why that is?
