Hope so too. The apt manager lives in the complex so will check to see if they are around tomorrow. The plants should be fine I think. Will report back once I find out.

No a 20g long tank, its about 30" long I think. Anyhow riccia is priority one for me, if there aren't enough clippings of the rest that is fine.

Got a nice deal on a 2 strip light on craigslist for the 20g long. It has 2 24" 20w in it.

The only thing I've had grow like weeds in my tank was hornwort:p Think I probably need to cover another ten 3inch pebbles still. Not really sure how much riccia that works out to.

I see your in georgia too, the walmart on cobb parkway, had these small heaters on clearance, i think the price was $3, think the heater was rated for 1.5-3g. Not sure of the brand name.

I have riccia in my 10g, I replaced the stock bulbs that I got with hood with 2 10watt fluorescent bulbs. Riccia growing well. I used flat pebbles, put the riccia on it, then covered it with a nylon mesh. and tied the bottom side of the mesh with fishing line, then just spread the riccia rocks...

Take the algae wafer or whatever you feed them and soak in water, break it up too then you can use a turkey baster to empty it near the place they hang out. They'll get all the small particles, which the fish won't even bother with.

Hi, the dwarf sag would it grow in low to med light tank? The tank is a 20g tall, with a flourite substrate. I am in the marietta area as well.

I have a 20g H as well, I have 12 neons and 9 black neons in it. It has a few plants as well, and about 20 ghost shrimp. I keep up with the water changes and all seems to be good.

Yep I've noticed they tend to school more when something surprises them, like someone approaching the tank, or when the lights flicker on. Usually they tend to just hang out in small groups. Hmm moon lights, will see about those, I actually have a bag of various colored leds.
