I have been growing this Anubias Nana for around 10 months and am concerned about the color of the leaves. They seem yellower than normal, although it has been growing a lot faster than ever before.

Today I noticed a strange thing on the glass that looks like a grain of rice in size, color and shape. It is quite active and moves about 3 inches in a minute in the same action as a snail. Does anyone know what it could be?

The Red foreground plant is a Rubra Water Lily - Nymphaea sp. 'rubra' It's a bulb plant that grows pretty fast in my tank. The red does not show very well in the picture.
