How about Black Neons? I'm not AS worried about the Furcatas. They are just slightly picky, and I've had them less than a week. The Black Neons are not thriving, and I know it's because they aren't eating.

I've been keeping my R.O./tap mix at 1-2 dKH and have had no problems at all. Like lager said, just do water changes and don't overfeed.
