    155 gal - what do I need???

Fresh water or saltwater? The costs as you go up in size aren't small increases they are significant. If it's salt water the amount of live rock and filtration is a major investment, not to talk about the lighting. You also need more fish and other critters to make the tank look "Full" if you...

HCL will dissolve your concrete, you add it to the water in small quantities and watch the pH bring the solution down just below the desired operating value say a pH of 7 which by the way is a neutral pH. not acidic or caustic.

I'd soak the pieces in fresh water first and change the water daily till you've gotten as much of the soluble lime and limestone out of the pieces before putting them into saltwater. Then soak them in Saltwater and adjust the pH with Muriatic acid, that is HCl used to clean up masonry. Home...

I was in there the other day and it just seems to be missing something that it once had. Not in a bad way just seemed to not be as well stocked as it once was.

What is the pH high or Low? I'd assume it's high from the Calcium in the concrete. If it is I'd add some HCl to it to bring it down if you can get some. If not you need to change the water frequently. You have to get all of the soluble Calcium (lime) out of the concrete.

I'm getting back into Saltwater systems after having been out of it for about 10 years. I had worked my way up to a 210 back then and got out of it. So I've got one 90 up and going for about 9 months now and collecting the pieces to do another. I've found that the ~100 gallon size seems to be...

My fish tank is partially cloudy while the filter is on!?

That is hard to say, is the filter cartridge in the filter ok? You didn't say anything about sand as the others had mentioned, so I'll not comment to that. Did you check the specific gravity you might have added too much salt but the solubility of salt is rather high. You'd have had to add...
