You can usually get already cured LR from your LFS. You can add live rock after fish as long as it's already cured. Otherwise your tank will cycle again.

you could add some nitromax and then you wouldnt have to worry about cycling your tank. but i'd do it the right way and cycle it with the shrimp if i could start over

i wouldnt mess with it unless your tank was bigger. clowns are territorial and my percula clown went after my sabae a lot
