    water changes?

    I have a 165 gal tank that has 2 oscars, and 2 blood parrots. How often should I do water changes it's fully cycled? My tank stays cloudy, and I've done a 25% water change a week and a half ago and then another one today? I have a wet/dry filter and use a micron filter. Any suggestions on ways...
