just wondering cause my red legged crab lost his today

i've done 3 pwc's what else should/could i do before i get another fish?

thats what i was thinking hn1. a 4" flounder is illegal to keep.even if you put it in a tank you can not keep any gamefish under the legal size limit.

damsel's gone too.this sucks.only thing left is the crab.any advice on what to do now?i'm thinking water changes every 3 days for the next 2 weeks than try again.sound good?

feeding wasn't bad i'd put a little food on each side of the tank and they stayed in their pocket.it really wasn't to wild.like i said as long as the damsel stayed out of the cave there was peace

the clown bullied the domino alittle.he had is cave staked out and the domino wasn't allowed near it.but it never went the other way.really think the tank is too small?

i have a 10 gal with a domino damsel a clow and a hermit crab.i was thimking of getting pistol shrimp but am unsure about the iodine dosing live aquaria mentions.whats the deal with that?do i have to add iodine every so often or do my weekly pwc's take care of it.thanks for your help

my tanks 6 weeks old i do water changes weekly my 2 fish look great but there seems to be an oily film on the surface of the water.is this normal.?and if not how do i stop it

ok i'll have to check the ph in the morning i have the lights on a cycle that keeps it on from 9p till 5a.i use the tank as my daughters nite lite.that's okay rite.i mean it doesnt relly matter when there on rite?

ok so when i do my pwc(weekly 'cause i don't use a skimmer)the new water has a ph of 8.4 but by the end of the week my ph is down to 7.8.i'm using bottled distilled water for my topoff and conditioned tap water for pwc.please don't comment on the tap water i hope to change that very soon.anyway...
