    Green Glassy bubble Algae

That would work but what do you do with the corals? Even if you chipped them off and put them somewhere else for a while there would be tiny amounts of glass bubble agae there somewhere, I'm sure I got mine off coral frags in the first place. Other than looking a bit of a nuisance, are they that...

My corals are all quite small so I'm hoping as they spread they'll shade out the green glass algae. I've got phosguard in one of the sump chambers , Caulerpra in my main...

    Lieutenant Tang, parasitic skin patches?

My new Lieutenant tang has developed brown speckled patches over his body. He was only I the tank about a week. After about 2 days I finally managed to catch him and he is now in a quarantine tank dosed with copper. That was about 2 days ago and it seems to have spread more across his body, but...

Will this work to get rid of Algae?

Today I'm going to throw caution to the wind and turn the lights off for 24 hrs to try and get rid of the stringy brown algae. I'll put what corals I can remove in the sump where the lights for the Caulerpra will shine on them, the rest will have to remain unlit. See if this knocks back the...

I have a 750 litre tank with a refrugium. I have had tropical fish 15 years ago but not corals. I have 1 anenome, I had 2 but one went through the power head. The other has never been that great either, it doesn't seem to want to eat and looks pretty sad. The clowns ignore it. I have 3 clowns so...

    Bi Colour Blenny

I notice my new Bi Colour Blenny changes colour whenever I add Calcium, KH or in fact make any changes to the tank. He gets white stripes and white patches at the corners of his mouth and his little head horns go white. Once the tank balances again it goes. Is this normal?
