    Yes I am inland 10 miles from Cocoa Beach. jessicasmarine I am surronded by salt water rivers and if I hade the urge to get rock and such it would not be to hard. I can tell you this if there was a high demand for mangrove seeds I could be a rich man lol.

    It happens I was just messing with you.. You really want to cut it about an 1/8 shy so you have some room to work silicone will fill the gap fine.

    You want to use a medium tooth jig saw blade to course and it break the acrylic and to fine it will melt the acrylic and clog the blade. The skill saw will work that way also.

    Plexiglass is a generic name for acrylic there a several large companies that make acrylic sheets and such that are all close to the same compisition. 3/8 you will have to cut with a table saw.

    I checked the amount of flow at the box and it seems like very little being the box is 36" long. I hope that is not an issuse. When I start my cycle I will pay close attention to it and build a new one if needed. Thanks for the input.

    How important is it to have in your refugium? I am thinking if you have a good amount of rock and sand in you DT would you need it?
